Schoolday Hub is an independent parent-built utility. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any school.

What Schoolday Hub accesses

When you connect Gmail, Schoolday Hub requests read-only access. It reads messages from approved school services and teacher addresses to find dates, activities, reminders and information relevant to your child. It cannot send, modify or delete email.

How information is used

Approved email and linked school-source content may be processed using Google Cloud services to extract useful school information. Schoolday Hub uses that information only to provide its parent-facing features. It is not sold, used for advertising or shared for unrelated purposes.

Storage and security

Google connection tokens are stored encrypted. App data is associated with the connected account. Classmate names, photos and notes are kept on the device and are not used for email scanning.

Your control

You can remove imported information, clear Schoolday Hub data, or disconnect Gmail from within the app. Disconnecting revokes the Gmail connection and deletes the associated server-side Schoolday Hub account data.
